Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Just select “International” At Checkout! The shipping time ranges from 7-21 Days, depending on your region, customs policy, and other factors.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely, you can click the “Design Your Own” Link at the top of the page to design a custom hat! send us a message in the contact form for more information, we offer discounts if you order more than 2 dozen hats! At this time, custom orders usually take about a week to arrive. The Custom Neon Trucker Hats are all backed with mesh, designed in snapback form, and are one-size fits all.
How do I pay?
Paypal, But if you don’t have a paypal account, you can still use your credit card at checkout! Just select “Checkout as guest”.

In the email, please include your name, shipping address, order content, and a contact phone number. A representative will contact you to process the payment over the phone.

Where can I track my order?
If you used your paypal account at checkout, you can login to your account and view your tracking number from the summary menu. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, message us with your name and address, we will provide it for you.

The minimum order quantity is ONE hat, unlike other websites, where you must order a dozen (or more). We always do our best to make the phrase you design stand out, you can see a rough estimate of your custom hat by using our custom design tool above.
What is your return policy?
If your hat is defective, misprinted, or improperly designed, we will ship out a new hat after the original hat is returned. All returns must be executed within 7 days of arrival. If you need to execute a return, please contact us.
If you received the wrong hat, or an incorrect order, we will ship out the correct order after the original order is returned.
RageHats will pay return shipping.
